The Die steel/mold steel we supplied is used to make cold die, hot forging dies, die casting die and other die steel.

The cutting tool steel can be used for manufacturing drill, milling cutter, tap, hobbing cutter, gear shaver, broach, circular saw blade, scrap blade and other cutting tools, suitable for processing alloy steel, carbon steel, low carbon steel.

Automotive

For mass-produced auto parts, the manufacturing cost has become an important part for manufacturers. Machining difficult parts such as gear, piston ring, plunger, stand, crankshaft, connecting rod, etc., which are complex structure, having precision and rough surface requirements, but also require parts have good interchangeability.

Some low carbon steel rods we supplied are used to make mechanical parts for heavy industry equipment. Most of them are used for manufacturing engineering structures without heat treatment and can be used for wear-resistant parts after carburizing and other heat treatment.

Power&Generation

The high-temperature stainless steel alloys are used in the most demanding applications within coal-fired power, combined-cycle power, waste-to-energy, biomass, nuclear power and renewable energy plants, where corrosion and heat-resisting factor cannot be ignored gross because that power plant uses plentiful heat exchange and condenser condenses the steam from the turbine. 4340 Tubing, A179 Steel tubing, 42CrMo4 steel tube material are chosen for the power industry because of their consistent corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Their outstanding performance in the water-steam system has shown them to be the preferred material for the power sector and generators.
